During the past month some of us colleagues from Latitud90 paid a visit to the always interesting and dynamic Casablanca Valley to learn more about some of the new products and options available for our clients in the area.
It was a pleasant surprise to see the creativity displayed by RE vineyards, a family owned vineyard that mixes the traditional winemaking process with some interesting blends, its modern cellar where it’s possible to have lunch, and its quaint shop.
We were also able to visit the recently refurbished expanded restaurant by Matetic vineyards, now bigger and with a more modern look, while maintaining its excellent gastronomy. With an excellent four stages pairing menu now available on our on line tariff.
Kingston Vineyard was also on the list, beautifully located in a nice hill overlooking the valley, this vineyard offers probably one of the most laid back visits without missing out on the great wine they produce in small quantities. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you’d like to learn more about the different options and combinations of the area.
For those without having the time to visit Chilean Wine Valleys, Vinolia, a wine experience shop/theatre offers interactive wine tasting options while having the winemakers of the different vineyards explain on video how they produced the wines one is tasting. A different and yet interesting option.
